Reservation Policies

  • A two night minimum may apply to summer reservations.


  • Cancellation policy varies depending upon terms of your reservation, promotional pricing, or OTA agreement.  See your reservation contract for details. Some promotional rates are non refundable. Reservations placed within 14 days of your stay are nonrefundable.

  • No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No shows will be charged full price of the reservation.

  • No refunds for federal holidays or Stevensville special events.**

  • A two night minimum stay may apply during peak season or special events.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone


  •  Deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposit policy varies depending upon terms of your reservation, promotional pricing, or OTA agreement. Some reservations may due and payable 7 days before check in.  Some promotional rates require payment in full at the time of reservation and may be non refundable. See your reservation contract for details. 

  • If you made your reservation through an OTA, your payment may process automatically.

  • A 7% Montana lodging tax and a $1 per night tourism fee may be added to the advertised room fees at check-in. Rates are subject to change without notice. Payments are due in full at check-in. We accept all major credit cards.

  • $25 fee will be charged to replace lost room keys. A fee may apply for early check in or late departures. A minimum fee of $25 will be charged to mail forgotten belongings.

  • We reserve the right to charge a housekeeping fee for guest who leave their accommodation damaged or unnecessarily messy.

Children and Pets:

  • We do not allow children under the age of 6.  When we are able to accommodate, additional guests ages 6-18, will be charged $25 per night per person for extra linens and breakfasts. Extra adults should reserve an additional room. *Exceptions may be made on holiday stays and Stevensville Holiday weekends.

  • If you booked your room through an online travel agent, please note, extra charges will apply for additional occupants. If we are not able to accommodate extra occupants, your reservation may be cancelled, per your contract with your OTA.

  • Pets may be allowed, subject to approval. A $25 fee will be accessed. All pet owners are asked to keep pet leashed at all times. Pets are never to be left alone in your room.


  • Breakfast is normally served at 8:30 a.m. or let us know your preferred time.

  • Coffee is served outside your bedroom door at 7:30 a.m.  

  • Early Risers can find coffee in the sunroom at 6:00 a.m.

  • Snacks and Keurig are available in the sunroom 24/7.

  • Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies, dietary concerns, prefer hot tea,or if you do not plan to attend breakfast, etc.


  • Check-out: 11 a.m.

  • Smoking is only allowed outside. The ashtray is located on the wrap around porch.

    **Reservations during holidays and special event weekends require a non-refundable deposit. This will apply to the following dates annually: Valentine's Day/Weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Graduation weekends (2nd weekend in May & 1st weekend in June), Western Heritage Days weekend (3rd weekend in June), 4th of July weekend, Creamery Picnic (first weekend in August), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weekends. Two night minimum applies to holiday and special events.
